I agree 100% - spending time with friends and getting some physical activity in is a win in my eyes.

"low/no past partner count" + "as high a sex drive as me"... isn't this sort of a walking contradiction?

I agree that most of these could be red flags in combination, however I don't agree with #1 and 2 --- these could just be describing an extrovert who just isn't all the feminine, red pill stuff aside.

TBH, I actually like when men start with "Man here.." in SOME instances... particularly for those posts relating to wondering about a man's behaviour/opinions/etc. Sometimes it's nice to hear a reply from "the source" -- in addition to from other RPW :)

I think this is the most helpful reply of the bunch. I actually already talked to him for a few hours (phone, he's out of town) earlier this week. This is exactly the approach I'm taking... so your reply is validating. I haven't even kissed him, let alone anything sexual, and I plan to stick to my plan. Thank you!

Honest question: where's a good definition for Hamster in TRP context?

Half of your assumptions are bang on, half totally off. Career woman here. University took many years since I paid for everything myself (cost of living is high, even with scholarships), and I spent some time travelling as well (international policy focus in grad school). I have had a few several-year-long LTRs, which ended both times because I moved across the country (universities in different provinces). I am below the 10 count range that you guessed, and I wouldn't call that promiscuous. Thi…

But, if women have sex before commitment, aren't they deemed less valuable in practice?

Based on your comments in this sub (and your general trolling in other subs), I don't expect that you'd understand the value of a healthy and fulfilling relationship.

Reading these comments has made me realize that "not looking for a relationship with you" is likely the case. Onwards and upwards.

This is exactly it. For his flaws, he is a good communicator, and this is exactly what he has expressed... just wants a few years to be single. He is sexually and intellectually attracted to me, that much I know; but I'm guessing that won't be enough to quench his thirst for a few years of singledom/'spreading his seed' (gross visual, but it is what it is).

I just finished reading this sub for about two hours, including learning the concept of 'being a plate'. Yup, you're right. I'm not into being a plate, so I'm going to cut whatever this is off before anything happens. Bah :( ... but I know it's the logical/smart/self-respecting thing to do.

Sometimes the truth hurts. Thanks for your impartial insight... I think you're right.

Deep down, this is what my intuition (and past experiences) tell me. So in a sense, I have a feeling you're right. Since I have nothing to lose, I guess I was wondering if I could just try a different approach and take on the challenge (again, nothing to lose)... I guess this is what I'm grappling with. Give up on him before anything has really started? Or maybe give it a shot, in some way I hadn't considered (perhaps a suggestion from RPW)?

Serious question: how does a woman 'charm' an alpha man? What does it take? Actions? A persona? Other?

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
