I wouldn’t really call that the friend zone. Friend zone is more when she sees the local crackhead as a better sexual option than you. She knows the guy likes her, but never initiates, gets jealous, is afraid to talk about girls around her. So she places him in this shadow realm for the other guys that worship her. While climbing out of that IS POSSIBLE, generally people stuck there aren’t the type to take action and stand up for themselves.

Just internalize the fact that girls are HUMANS just like us dudes. We’ve been conditioned by tv shows and movies to think girls are these all powerful goddesses that are perfect in every way and only like the hottest, most jacked, most sauve dude. In reality they’re just like us, insecurities and fears. Realize you’re just two humans talking, and everything seems to get easier. Again this is harder in practice but all it takes is work. Cheers!

Well socializing without guidance isn’t really dangerous. Someone’s first time at the gym who attempts a bench press or squat can ruin their body with an accident. My point is I think the comparison is fair but they’re definitely different. Having guidance or some information to socializing is fine but in the end it’s your job to execute, that’s just how I see it.

As a personal trainer I’d argue they’re kind of different things. In the gym if it’s someone’s first time and they hire a trainer, it’s normally because they have the motivation to workout but just need some guidance to workout properly and safely.

Just know that like all humans, even good looking or attractive people have a lot of flaws. They’re not gods, just mere mortals. It’s hard but internalizing the fact that they are just people too with problems just like all of us helps bring them down to our level. Most of these insta models and “social media influencers” have massive insecurities, dopamine addictions, and anxiety when not validated.

While this could work I think these guys will get used to women being this forward (approaching u, touching you). Personally I think the reason they are scared shitless by talking to women is because they think of women as some higher power, above mere mortals like us dudes. In reality women are normal humans, but this overvaluation of them is what causes this extreme anxiety. Coaching them to “stop putting the pussy on a pedestal” is my take on easing their approach anxiety around women. Again …

Well it’s really up to you. Subtle art is more about making yourself almost invincible to negative thoughts and self perceptions through various counterintuitive ways. Everything is fucked is more about why people lose hope in everything and how to build up hope again. It really helped me get through a dark phase my first year of college. So it depends on your situation, if you’re in a rut and don’t know how to get out, give everything is fucked a read.

Subtle art is my favorite. Check out “Everything is fucked: a book about hope” after you finish subtle art, great book, arguably one of his best

Love mark Manson, my first book of his I read was the subtle art to not giving a fuck. The writing, humor and messages he would send to the reader is top notch. I recommend reading that book and The world is fucked, a book about hope after reading models too if you’re looking for an interesting read, or general self development

exactly. girls are also a lot better than men in terms of emotional intelligence. you might not be aware of it, but subtleties in your communication will show your interest in her. Just be honest, show interest in her. It shows her that you're bold, aren't afraid of getting rejected, and have exceptional confidence.

Ohh so it’s double sided, like on the surface a joke but under the surface there’s a sexual connotation
