The statistic is based on a survey not police cases. Soo.. Most of your facts are actually bullshit and there's no evidence to be found for them. Like a women passing by could just send you in jail? For real? Like domestic violence happens to men more often? You know.. Women get oppressed in capitalism too. Paid less. Btw, women get homeless too, and it's way more likely for a woman to be raped. This article takes focuses on male political leaders which appeal to a certain 'strongman' archetype. Therefore I think it's not that useful to talk about women failing to fight covid as they are clearly no male 'strongman' politicians.
