6	Question for the MEN of PPD only please regarding intoxication, "victimization" and gender/sex the criminal is the guilty one, but the victim can still be a fool edit: imo the issue is that in the immediate aftermath of a stressful situation (crimes, accidents...), many idiots feel the need to tell the victim what he/she could/should have done to avoid it, in detail too. Personally I think they do it to vent and calm down, but regardless. I'm not very familiar with trp so this might be completely wrong but: trp emphasizes personal responsibility, basically, if you want a better life then work hard to improve it and stop whining.
