I'm in you with this but believe having a strong body and feel good about your self will be a plus to your confidence, many said this to me that their confidence Level sky rocketed after their physique got stronger.

This is great, never done approaching before and planning too. what is the one most important advice you can give me when doing this to be successful? About me, I’m kinda more introverted person I care a lot what others will think of me and scared of rejection but I have getting in gym recent months, being best shape of my life and trying to do more eye contact with girls so baby steps

I love this!! It’s shows how confidence should be within us and I love the looking at the mirror and how feel fucking my self and how how good I am to any girl and that’s exactly what I should do because we tend to be so hard on ourselves and I have achieved a lot to be proud of and bring to table👍🏼

Thank you man! I will try to compliment her but of course not about the body won’t be this direct, what are examples of things to complement that would be very helpful. And yes I agree to make it as an experience because I never do this and I’m careful won’t make any move till I see she be ok or giving me some looks.
