This a simple non-controversial decision regarding property rights and decedents estates. The idea that sperm can be property is as old as the first paid sperm donor. You may safely unclutch your pearls.
Well, not you. You really shouldn't be cruel to infants. Please don't become a parent. Infants are incapable of consenting. Have you ever been around an infant? Boy or girl doesn't matter. They are incapable of consenting to anything, whether you think it is good or bad.
"Pretty fucking" accurately describes your level of stupid. Read it again. It is the same regardless of gender. Infants don't get say in anything. Doofus. So you're fine with mutilation of infants as long as it is only done to girls? Please don't have children.
INFANTS don't have bodily autonomy. In fact they don't get to make any decisions about their own well being. Gender is irrelevant in the area of infants rights.
Persuasive speaking is an acquired skill. Litigators of every gender acquire those skills through training and practice. Just like the ability to stand up for yourself.
Traditional societal expectations do differ based on gender. I don't think that the ability to argue your case is a function of gender. Those are learned skills.
Nope. Police investigate. Prosecutors decide who gets prosecuted. Prosecotors may choose to act on the recommendation of the investigative authority, or not. Not surprising that the police would assume that they have power & authority to prosecute.
I'd love to be a pilot. Truck driver sounds cool too. Coal miners are begging to get those jobs back. They make tv shows about commercial fishermen. OP is just using the wrong data to illustrate a very debatable point.
You were on a good path but that last paragraph, yeesh. I was wondering if the incidence of violence actually went up or are men simply more able and willing to speak up? I just can't picture a man reporting his wife to the police for domestic violence anywhere in the US in 1965 and being met with anything but scorn and humiliation.
Just remember that men's rights are not antithetical to feminism. That will keep you from looking like a fool and people will take you seriously. Haters gonna hate, and look like jackasses, but you don't have to be one.
You've picked a really odd source for your definition of sexual assault and presented it incompletely. You left out the first part of the definition which requires that the assault be a "sexual act". You're not even referring to a criminal statute. 34 CFR is about family educational rights and privacy. This source does not support your position, try again.
There is absolutely nothing wrong with this clever response to an obvious attempt by the questioner to troll her. America is lucky to have such a strong & smart candidate running for president. Keep that backward political shit out of this sub.
That’s a good win for men’s rights and equality in general. It would be nice if the plaintiffs & their counsel would hold on and make the defendants admit liability. That would make it easier for others who face the same discrimination.
All people, regardless of gender, should support a woman’s right to choose parenthood because it is the right thing to do. Always remember the #1 rule: do unto others as you would have others do unto you. Except nazis, dump milkshakes on those 🤡.
Just have enough strength not to respond in kind, those guys make us all look deplorable and just make things worse. Remember, if you find yourself on the same side as misogynists and Nazis, you are part of the problem.
Well put. NB 330+ men survived while 100+ women perished along with 50+ children. So just having a penis doesn’t make you a noble hero. And if you would not make the same choice, this monument does not support your position.
You don’t have to pick a side. Lending a sympathetic ear to someone in pain is not some kind of endorsement. Listen respectfully but form your own opinion based on the facts in front of you. Each situation is different and intensely personal for all the parties involved.
That’s actually wrong. No one set out with the intention of “empowering false rape accusations”. Just about shining a light on some awful people behaving terribly. As a father of two girls I understand that taken as a whole this entire process has been good for our society. Simply because the possibility exists that their might be some bad actors who associated themselves with the #metoo movement does not mean that we should go back to the bad old days.
Never saw that sub reddit before, wow. Not my cup of tea by any means. Does that really serve any useful purpose? I understand the value of “getting it off my chest” but this goes way beyond that.
Yes, this subreddit had useful discussions of substantive men’s rights issues in the past. However the quality of the posts has just gone down the drain at a stunning pace. If you only look at the popular posts in this sub reddit over the last 6 months or so you would be justified in concluding this is primarily a anti-women platform. Really went down hill after all those really hateful subreddits were banned. I guess we have a refugee problem.
Because this subreddit is for substantive discussions on issues to related to men’s rights. Not for whiny little bitches to complain that their feelings might get hurt. Seems like this is now the home of juvenile misogynistic incels. Waste of time.
