Side effects aside, I can only imagine the nightmare of dealing with a guy that's supposedly on the pill and his insistence on not using a condom

While I understand the point she's attempting to make, it does not apply to romantic relationships, full stop

Maybe I'm wrong, but I really adore Cat Grant from Supergirl and think she's an absolute QUEEN. Her reaction around attractive men is hilarious, but I definitely think it's a front instead of pickme behavior I used to think Lena Luthor was HV, but where I'm at in the show, I'm not as sure

I had a "friend" proudly proclaim he's red pilled and he didn't understand when I told him that's a bad thing. His logic? "But it's acknowledging that women's standards have changed, it's a good thing!" No words. Like if it's a good thing, why do women learn about the advice from red pill to make sure they know when they meet a boy that follows it? I'd say FDS is related to red pill in a way - only in the sense that both are responses to modern dating. But that's where similarities end. Because …

This is so wonderful. I was starting to get really turned off by how quickly this subreddit was getting negative. Too much podcast drama and wayyyyy too much venting about scrotes. I don't want to hear about bad men, I already see it enough, I'm trying to learn how to find the good ones whilst holding on to my own sanity and keeping the boundaries no one teaches women to set while dating. Ruthless Strategists indeed. Thank you for noticing and cleaning up shop. This has been my saving grace thro…

Congratulations on your post break up level up. I'm still working on mine - he leveled up first but now it's my turn. It's been almost a year at this point but I think a lot of the heartbreak isn't HIM but a lot of unresolved grief and trauma that gets to have his face. It'll be game over once I work through that though

I had seen a comment on a different FDS post where the woman said she lived near a college that her daughter happened to attend, and she said the way she vetted men was based on their reactions to finding out her daughter was in college - very few "oh what does she major in" and too many suggestive looks on their faces or lewd comments. So even if your daughters are grown and gone, you'd STILL have to be weary about it

I don't know how many times I've trailed off mid sentence, distracted by tracking a woman's reaction to a man approaching her until she shows she knows him

Hey, best of luck to you. I just got out of a relationship with a LVM and spent a lot of time begging him to understand that this post is what I wanted of us (🤡) and he eventually broke up with me because according to him, I kept thinking he was like other men and don't trust him (he's right, I didn't trust him BECAUSE HE WAS LIKE OTHER MEN AND I WAS FOOLING MYSELF INTO THINKING HE WASN'T DUE TO HIS GASLIGHTING). I got lucky and the trash took itself out for me because he couldn't handle that I …

Honestly, thank you for the reminder. I'm still in the "do it to earn a HVM" stage and it feels kind of hopeless, like what I'm doing is all a farce...I hope it goes away with time while I keep working at it. Really looking forward to the day I can say I love myself and don't need it from any external source because I already do it for myself. Glad to hear that there's a light at the end of the tunnel, so to speak

I tried Bumble BFF for like, 3 days, before getting so annoyed and deleting my profile. It wasn't worth the effort at all, every single profile had at least 2 or 3 of the things you listed going on. Some more to elaborate with: Their likes and ideal friend outings are brunch/going to bars - it's not completely reckless behavior, but it's as LV a quality in women as it is in men Most of them will be new to the area, which isn't bad, but when asked, it's because they moved to the area to move in w…

Low-key feel attacked with this 🤣 I recently started taking fitness classes at a specialized gym, at first for myself, but I ended up meeting a guy I could like. Now I can't tell if my purpose in going is to get a chance to see him or if I'm actually interested in the activity and it's really frustrating because I don't want to stop going just because my old "pickme" ways are poking up, especially since this is so niche that I can't really just pack up and go to a different gym. It's frustrating…
