Just a note of clarification: claiming you're a ____ addict (meth, alcohol, coke, whatever) is part of the recovery process. Recovery centers teach that addiction is a lifelong illness and you will be a _____ addict for the rest of your life, in recovery. If he found her in the bathroom--sick--and coaxed her back to a bedroom under the pretext of taking care of her, then proceeded to force himself on her when she was beyond the capacity to resist, then yes, that would make him guilty. I'm not saying that is what happened, but with how little we know about the story it very well could have.
