You gain more social value from befriending the other girls (i.e., have them run after you and harbour positive emotions towards you without "picking them up") than by getting into relationship territory with them. For a lot of girls, (visible) social power is powerful while seeing people cash in on that social value isn't necessarily. If someone is sitting on the fence, then jealousy isn't going to push this in the right direction, to the contrary you'll be the sour grapes.

Ok, this comes from someone who is not a self-identified men's rights activist, but here it comes: both feminism and the men's rights movement are based on social criticism of the current form of society (aka "the patriarchy"), and start from valid questions, such as why some demographic groups are paid less than others, die more violent deaths or suicide than others, etc. Studies in sociology, economics, and other disciplines have found, interesting answers on these questions. (E.g. Male and fe…

more power to you! There are these people who claim that "game even works for the pimple-faced one-legged foreigner with a small dick", but being out of shape is something you can improve a lot within a year or so with exercise and good nutrition, and there's virtually no reason not to. (And yes, some part of it is learning - learning a sport, learning what sport or what exercises fit you well, learning how to eat well. For me it did involve learning what keeps me motivated to do sports, and lea…

maybe /r/Fitness? http://www.reddit.com/r/Fitness/comments/16foo2/fittit_if_you_only_had_ 100_usd_for_fitness/ There's probably a limit on growing taller, but getting your body in better shape is probably possible if you invest a minimal amount of time.

short version: yes it does and no you shouldn't. Keep co-workers and conflict as far apart as you can.

I'm sure the fine people at http://www.reddit.com/r/pickup4dykes will be able to tell you all about the finer points of it.

I want to take things to the next level with him - but I dont want to give him the wrong idea by sleeping with him This is more about Mr. Wonderful than it is about you. Try to get a better feeling for his reactions and judgements. Or, if it's really about yourself, do go and try to build your "single" ego. You don't need to be in a relationship to be a complete person. Try to meet two or three new people and become friends with them so you know for yourself that Mr.W. was not just the first dec…

If you're comfortable with it, be the asexuality posterchild in your environment. Educate people about what you want and why it's no different from other sexual orientations. After all, you want people to cuddle and touch, and you may appreciate even more to find people who are ok with it (i.e., touching and intimacy without anything sexual). And then turning the cold shoulder to everyone who could be interested in you will leave you alone and messed-up. If you tell people beforehand and they st…

If it's a shirt other people make him wear all the time, then he might still get itchy. Basically, there are two views of the seduction community: one as holding cheap shallow techniques for leading-and-tricking people (which gives everyone a bad name, including but not limited to, those who actually do that), and the other one as techniques to understand the functioning of social interactions between people in the presence of strong normative expectations (aka you need to know these techniques …

Quite obviously, not everything that's said here applies to all age groups. But the principles are quite easy to apply in whatever situation you are in: Where do females of your age go if they want to meet guys (or enjoy themselves in a mixed crowd)? (Part of why "clubbing" is mentioned in the FAQ is that (a) it's a place where females go when they want to enjoy themselves in a mixed crowd and (b) you always meet new people, which means that you can talk people up without fear of being rejected,…

To put this in more friendly terms: Women use a common set of behaviours which is more important to discover than individual differences among women if you want to be successful. To find a woman who is suitable for yourself, it is more promising to discover the kind of woman that appeals to you and where to find this kind of woman than to set your heart on one particular woman who may be seeing someone else or not want you for any other reasons.

As a rule, domestic killings of this kind usually get less severe sentences - also if a woman were stabbed by her sister or mother. (If a man killed a woman you probably would get the stereotypical uproar, while a domestic killing among men would again yield shrugged shoulders). As for the legal standpoint, how is "they were having a row" (which would be compatible with the provocation defense for manslaughter) compatible with "her sister was holding him"? In my book, stabbing someone who is def…

Twilight and Eragon both start out extremely poorly written but get somewhat better later on. They're no worse than, say, Michael Crighton (Jurassic Park, Lost World, The Andromeda Strain). Usually, when I run out of good, deep fantasy or science fiction literature, I still read the merely-ok ones. If you want to discuss more, maybe let's start a "books to read when you're not in the mood to watch porn but still want to relax" thread in /r/books.

If you want to play the grammar police, consider the continuation "and certain kinds of tasteful ... porn". Two groups of things together can be called both, even if you'd get a number of fruits larger than two by pooling all those apples and oranges. If you think it's stupid to like Stephenie Meyer's books: they're nicely written, Stephenie Meyer is a Mormon herself and therefore probably has different assumptions about what you can do in your life and/or methods and the division of labour in s…

Actually, people who don't have enough ideas from their life take inspiration from art. This is why you get people re-enacting scenes from Jackass, shooting their load on their unwilling girlfriend, or expect that life hands them their significant other in an event of fate (actually, both genders sometimes do the latter)

The point is that porn grew that way exactly because it's framed as masturbatory-aid-for-lonely-males. It's more or less like, porn producers try to find something out of the ordinary (anal sex, deep throating, gangbangs, bukkake, whatever) to distinguish themselves from the rest of the porn (because, showing people cuddling up to each other and having sex with each other in the obvious way would not sell), as a reaction people think of this more and more as being normal (and for some things, ac…

Yes, it is manipulative to conceal information significant to your quality as an employee in order to get hired. Because most of the time people are just looking for a "good enough" candidate, they'll just apply arbitrary criteria (even ludicruous ones) until they end up with a handful of good enough people to pick one from. This means that most questions about "do you do X" don't filter out any people doing X, they just filter out the people who do X and are brutally honest about it (and not th…

"There is no other way" is usually the lame excuse of people who can't make themselves see the fact that they're deliberately hurting or exploiting others for their own good. I see the point why you see no alternative, but in my book, when the woman can't afford not to work [edit: and can't afford her husband to leave work for taking care of the child either - but no one seems to ask men any funny questions about planning a child], she also can't afford to have a child except if they can secure …

Not sure what an AA is, but the truth is that lots of people don't consider people out of 'their' ethnic/cultural group to be dating material. I don't think race is the only factor there, so if you blend in well otherwise it wouldn't be an issue. If you want a more reliable answer, go to an area with a more diverse mix of people (or a mostly-black place with people culturally similar to you) and try your game there. Do a ruthless, by-the-numbers comparison. After that, it's up to deciding for yo…
