In the end, a 13-year-old boy was molested and likely traumatized by this woman. Her sentence keeps her away from other children, which, considering her past, makes me think she likely would re-offend. Justice, while somewhat skewered, was served. She'd gotten a lesser sentence if she had killed the boy. This is perfectly comparable to someone getting a year in jail for jaywalking.
