Then there’s nothing wrong with the answer. The comment makes perfect sense with the way the law works currently. They’re not there to discuss men’s rights or social issues, so the answer properly reflects the current failure of the law - where the solution is not to have sex. Stop thinking that every controversial topic requires an emotional or just answer. Sometimes comments can be simply rational while considering every factor in the present. That's why we're saying child support should be optional and the man should be able to opt-out. If the woman chooses to give birth to the child, she should be able to do so (her body) - but she shouldn't expect the father's help.

Well, the child is in her body, so she gets the full say here obviously. You are not carrying the child. For clarification: I agree that men should be able to opt-out of child support if they say they don't want to have the child.

"Liberal" is a very wide political spectrum with more than just social issues (such as this one with feminism). Please don't group every liberal into them being feminist. For example, my views are very liberal, except when it comes to social politics. I have liberal views on education, healthcare, diplomacy, economy etc. And obviously you can tell that I'm not a conservative.
