1	Male privilege I still think we live in a good time for female, at least in this country. It's getting there and it will always be a challenge. We don't see pay discrimination in the lower part of the corporate world. It's mostly set equal for the positions. It's when you get to the upper CEO,CFO, upper government, medical industry and military when you get the sex discrimination. I worked for many jobs across the the corporate world.
