Happy to tell you I did my first deadlift today with 10kg dumbbells in each hand with a slightly wrong form but did it nonetheless. The goal is to continue getting better and increasing weights alongside. Thanks again.

Great. I discussed it with my friends and even they mentioned how stupid this sounds. Tomorrow is my back biceps day and I plan to start my deadlift routine with or without the trainers help.

I felt the same way with my grandpa... I wonder if it's normal. We lost him to COVID in October and I've felt that void ever since. I'm glad I stumbled here. I'm just a 25 year old slowly starting out and I hope to read more of such experiences and work my way towards being an alpha
