3	I can’t seem to move on. From what you describe she is either bipolar or having sex with another person in my opinion. Completely agree with everyone else her she has moved on. Personally I would put more time and money into setting yourself up and your kids. If she comes along then so be it. But owing 5k to an ex relative means she is not stable and spending money that she doesn't have to spend. I would definitely take time to set up a new homestead and putting money away for legal fees. 1	Possible listening device (link to pics)... it looks like it could be an audio device. But realistically, if I were going to bug your car it would be under the dash, not so obvious of a location. I would suggest going to a dealership maintenance and making sure it just arrived, rather than came with the car and your just now noticing it. 1	Her list designed to clean out the house! Just write the list of what you agree she can take and end the argument. If she comes back with she wants more then obviously she is just playing a game and you will probably have to go back to court. But for now, just set aside what you agree to in a self storage facility. if she does go back to court get the fees for the storage. At some point you need to find a way for it to end. 27	Got served this evening after being out of town for work. Returned home and a process server was there. What was written in these papers.. horrible.. it’s “lawyer speak” according to her. Child abuser, drug abuser, alcoholic, cheat. Every possible thing. All lies. Never felt like this in my life Get a lawyer ASAP. Start controlling whatever finances you have left, and do not interact with the wife without a witness. 5	No longer getting divorced. I want to thank each and everyone in this group for the advice that helped me become who I am now. We are all tainted with this "waiting for the other shoe to drop" mentality due to divorce situations.
