Oh, thanks for the comment. This is the feeling I have, not my rational thought or my belief. Therefore this feeling or anxiety drives my actions. Don't know much about nihilism but if I was in that mindset I think I should have felt like everyone is disposable equally. My mind constantly interprets the world around me doesn't need me at all. And with women, when I hook up with one without emotion, I don't feel the strength and positivity which i could have with someone emotionally close to me. …

I am having the exact same situation. Have been trying therapy too but I don't understand how it will change the way I am percieving life. Although everything is ok in my life, like my finances, my health and such, I feel terrible emotionally. What I internalized during all my life is I am a disposable human being while others are not. I am tired of watching the fight between my rational side and emotional side. And it feels like it will come to peace when I die

OK, first, English is not my native so, sorry if there are some structural problems in my post :) Couldn't agree more. Not only talking about this sub but for all seduction tips and advices on the internet: Reading this kind of advice, "red flag"s, "musts" and "mustn't"s made me a weirdo in social situations as well. Many times I acted as something I actually wasn't. It hit me so hard I started judging myself according to these guidelines unconciously. Yes, some of these shit helped me get women…

Yeah, I have been journaling for a long time. It amazes me how my mindset swings from rational to clingy from season to season. Hopefully will find a way to stabilize it better.

My concious mind agrees with that. However, reading about how people enjoy fucking chicks and being a winner in their life makes me feel resentful. I learnt to use my luck better, fucking chicks and enjoying it WHILE I am doing it. Feeling empty while doing anything else. This is not the life TRP intends to achieve obviously. Although I am doing everything (lifting, working, reading, travelling) still have not internalized the mindset and struggling to do so for about 3 years. Nowadays I'm tryin…

There was once a TRP handbook, I had found it on the internet and came here to see it was removed from here. I thought it was a good collection of posts, not sure why they removed it

It is a tendon, partially teared. I am seeing a physio tomorrow, I hope I'll get a rehab schedule from them. I am using collagen drugs hoping to get improvement. What kind of shoulder issue did you have?

Thank you for the input, today I saw a traumatologist/orthopedist to have my shoulder and sciatica checked. Now I'm waiting for MR results and doctor's comments based on that. Appearently, the muscle that includes the biceps's starting point is damaged, it is why my pain goes from my shoulder down to biceps. For alternative exercises you mentioned, I guess I've to try them one by one and find the ones which don't hurt.

This was going to be a question in askmrp, but after reading the side bar again, I decided to post here. BTW, English is not my native. If there are some parts difficult to understand, I'll be happy to edit and make it more readable. About fitness I have been lifting for about 8 months, according to a program prepared by one of the coaches in the gym that I'm subscribed to. (Not a personal trainer as I cannot afford that at the moment) I never skipped a session and have been hitting the gym ever…

Advice: Texting is for logistics. Everybody uses it for banter at some point, IDGAF, but my advice is: never argue or discuss issues remotely. Her hamster will go crazy and unstoppable. We 'll be remote for a while, so communication goes through messaging through internet. You used a book response to relationship-push shit-tests. Maybe your Frame is weak or inconsistent Frame is the topic I'm weakest at, that's true. It is why I'm trying to make myself like I do have one, expecting to get used t…

to make a big deal out of. Just agree and amplify, don't take it seriously. Ask what her problem is, make banter, flirt and b I agree with you on that. Actually, I also realized that I should've asked what was wrong, and I would care. It may be my immaturity. Now I want to recover from that with a chill and fun approach, since I've seen plenty of creative ideas here before, I wanted to ask

Yep, English is not my native and I was not in the best condition to type the post actually, I'll edit it to make it easier to understand. For the part you are asking, It is like "You didn't ask me what is wrong, and you don't have to anyway", or "you were not obiliged to do that"

How do you master that level of witty and funny responses? Seriously asking

According to what I understand here, he is not passionate and not innovative when it comes to sex. You even took the role to lead and teach him how to be a man through the books on the side bar. Did he read those things on his own will or did you stand by him to see he didn't skip pages? It looks he's not in a difficult position and having a comfortable life. A wife that initiates and cares about sex more than he does. He didn't hit the bottom, or even become uncomfortable in these areas. There …

For item 1: I didn't want to have a baby until our financial state is much more stable, and when we were ready, I wanted it sincerely. Not for her, but I wanted to pass something of me to my child, boy or girl. But I can understand how she is trying to convince herself for the covert contract. BTW, I really appreciate all the comments here, thanks guys

I have always been in charge of birth control. That never changed and now it is impossible to think about a baby as I already let her now. I can easily say she is not having sex with someone else, because of social pressure and such situations (I'm not in US) but she is clearly forcing me to leave by giving me no other option.

he distance. She's told you she's unfaithful. She's doing nothing to improve the relationship, from what I've read. Impregnating her is further than the furthest galaxy human race has ever discovered, in one of our conversations I made it clear to her.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
