Hey OP I had a relatively high body count because of dumb crap I did when I was young. I still landed an amazing husband. I never lied about my past but I also didn't volunteer unless he asked. I had a root issue of my behavior too, but I worked through it and didn't let it define me. There was one point he asked me about kinky stuff I had done in the past and then didn't like my answer. After that he kind of dropped past sexual experience talk and it didn't really come up again. There were stil…

It sounds like you're pretty well-rounded, but do you do a lot of things by yourself? Like are your hobbies stereotypically girl hobbies or ones that you do by yourself? Do you meet any men while you're working out? Do you talk to men at all outside of telling them you don't want to have sex until marriage? I think you should do some self reflection rather than blaming a demographic of women.

I came here to comment about finding your own sexual pleasure. Sex will probably be a million times better and you might get more adventurous naturally if you can figure out what makes you orgasm. I'm not trying to be too TMI but it took me a long time to figure it out for myself, but it can be done. Definitely invest in a vibrator, the commenter made some good suggestions.

I want and have a husband who is a wonderful leader and supportive provider. I would not have married or been a plate for an actual RPM because I want committment and fidelity. Another thing that might be unique to me is I need a man who stands up for himself and there is no way in hell I would ever be alpha over 🤣 I have been with men who were total pushovers and it didn't work out and I did not respect them. My husband, fully respect and treat him way differently than past relationships. I'm a…

I hope this fits, but my husband and I decided to do a meal delivery service for food. And omg it is life changing and cheaper than going to the grocery every other night to get ingredients. I love cooking for him. I now get to cook for him every night but the horrid task of choosing meals and rooting for ingredients is gone and I could not be happier about it.

Pretty much right when we got married my husband and I joined finances. What's mine is ours mentality for both of us. I wouldn't have had a relationship any other way. It's very important to be on the same page about finances whether you take this route or not. My husband and I don't question each others purchases. But we do come to each other if we need or want something overly expensive. I trust him and he trusts me to not drain our accounts and to think about the future.

Honestly not trad. Only reason I would say any trad is because right now he is the breadwinner and takes care of our finances. I do most of the cooking and cleaning and care of our version of babies, dogs :). We don't have kids and as of right now not planning on having them. I came here because I want my marriage to be stronger. This sub helps put things in perspective, makes me chill out more and apologize when I screw up. I want to be a loving, supportive wife and I do not want to be the narr…

The purpose of RPW is to find a high quality man that exhibits red pill and blue pill traits. You want someone with a mix, because you need a leader but a leader that is committed to you and the relationship. RPW helps you use your feminine energy to help the relationship instead of sabotage it.

Love your response. I never prescribed to FDS, and I think they have some good advice but man, there are some posts or stories I read and I'm just thinking some of them cannot see how they're the problem and need to adjust some expectations. Like some believe they do no wrong, and God forbid their bf/husband makes a mistake... But then again a lot of reddit is quick to pull fire on relationships 🤣

Totally agree. When I first read RP I felt like it was super out there but when I read more I was like, this is actually good advice for men. Like women (and men) should not be put on pedestals and there's nothing wrong with acknowledging how we all operate. I just get sick of generalizations from each side ya know.

Yeah you're being shallow imo. Looks will always fade, including yours, so think long term. If he's seriously obese that might be something to think about. Also does he have the drive and motivation you seek? That's more important than the current money coming in. You didn't say how old he is and I guarantee if he's motivated he will get more successful if you can hone your good feminine qualities.

I got my husband sex checks, which I gave to him earlier because I have three small gifts for him, and he absolutely lit up. I think we will have a lot of fun with those. I also got him a book that's like fill in with all the things I love about him. I'm saving that for Valentine's day and I hope he likes it too. I want to make him a nice dinner too but I have no time on the actual day so it might be a belated dinner on Tuesday.

I'm married now, but when I was single I did not date men with kids. I would 100% be resentful of trying to start a relationship with someone who already needs to have priorities to others (and as a father he should prioritize his kids). I always wanted to start a relationship as a new couple, who can decide how to live together, not just be a new add-on. I wouldn't want to change where I live or how I live for kids that aren't mine. I never wanted to worry about drama between the parents, like …

Agreed! My husband is absolutely not a perfect gentleman, doing a lot of what OP mentions, but I got over it. He's amazing in so many ways so I focus on that. At the end of the day we can only change ourselves. But, over time some of the behavior has gotten better, like the walking in front of me. Some things will never change, like I'm 99% sure he will never open my car door for me and then close it lol but in the long run it doesn't matter. He considers me and our livelihood whenever he makes …

I was in a long term relationship for 6 years with a man who never proposed. Looking back there's no reason he should have. My now husband and I got married a year and half after we got together. He proposed after about a year and said he had gotten the ring about 6 months beforehand.

I think Facebook has helped me marginally in terms of finding groups to hang out with. So it's absolutely not necessary. I met my husband through work. I met most of my friends at school or work. I would encourage you to find all the groups you can at your college and participate as much as possible/as youre comfortable with to meet people and network. It's easier to make friends when you're working together and getting to know each other that way. Also, I would encourage you to find a place to …

I'm not saying this to be mean, but they see you as their fallback option. If they're feeling down or lonely they know you'll be there, so why wouldn't they keep coming back. Don't be someone's second option, you're worth more than that.

Woman here, I like playing tabletop rpg games. I used to play PC games like roller coaster tycoon, WoW and the sims but I don't do console games. I wasn't raised around them and I get angry when I can't figure it out, which is always 😂 I think for me I like games where I have face to face contact with people. Where we interact and act as a team for the most part with individual moves and turns. I've played so many campaigns of various editions of D&D, castles and crusades, call of cthulhu, and o…

I wouldn't have had an issue signing a prenup tbh. I've always been self sufficient, until recently, but plan to be again, and I never would have entered a marriage solely for his money. I think a prenup could be beneficial to both parties, as long as both take it seriously and get attorneys to help them through the process to make sure no one gets monumentally screwed. If you're marrying someone who has been through a rotten divorce I could see it being just an added comfort. There's a lot of m…

I agree with most of the posters here. When I was single, coffee dates were perfect for the first date so it was quick if it needed to be but it can turn into a nice evening/afternoon if the vibe was good. You could talk forever with someone online to get to the place where you might be comfortable with having dinner. But you never truly know someone until you meet and interact face to face. Better in my opinion to have a casual first date so it's easier to leave if needed.

My husband has a sleeve. He was in the process of getting it when we met and he's got other smaller ones. Personally I think they're mostly a waste of money, but tattoos are some of the last concerns for me in picking a man, unless they're on the face or hands. And even then it's more about someone's character. Unless you're horribly unattracted to tattoos, which is fine, don't worry about it IMO.

I hope this fits. But I was lead to believe that men only want sex, all the time, no emotional connection, just kind of an animalistic constant need for all men. And that if they didn't want sex it was weird and unnatural or they just weren't attracted to you. I basically had to learn and retrain myself when I got married to realize that not every man works that way and a lot of men actually do care about the bonding and intimacy aspects. It should not be a transactional arrangement and that if …

Tonight making some fried pork chops and macaroni and cheese because hubby requested it. I'm trying to get back into a cooking routine after starting work and school again. I guess one positive for school being online is that I don't have to commute there and back everyday, which gives me more motivation to cook again Also, anyone have a husband who has a job where they don't have access to a refrigerator or a microwave? I have a higher sex drive than my husband unfortunately. So I masturbate every now and then (maybe once a week). Definitely not addicted to it or porn and I would much prefer to have sex with him. I also don't wanna initiate a lot because honestly I get more in the mood when he does because it makes me feel wanted.

This comment might be a little biased, because I was in the military and witnessed it a couple times... A lot of men in the military keep someone at home or from their past as someone to talk to when they get lonely. But then they will meet someone around them and settle down with them. I realize you guys had a connection before he joined, but it's just a warning from what I have seen and I'm worried he's stringing you along. If he truly wanted a relationship with you, I believe it would have ha…
