If you don't mind, I'd love some advice about how to specialize/good fields to go into, whether small companies or medium/large companies are preferred for growth and recognition of talent. I am graduating in December with a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering, already have a job lined up, etc. Also, impressive you jumped ship so much, obviously your next employers wanted you enough they weren't too worried about loyalty. PM me if you're more comfortable with that.
