Attributing every single problem you face due to sexism is a cheap victimhood mentality Focus on yourself. Life is far too complex to attribute your own failure solely due to sexism. Absolutely everyone gets discriminated against unless you’re in the 1%. We both agree on that. Where we disagree is just how harmful or prevalent the impact is. Since women are the most impacted from discrimination it appears you only focus on this to be a victim. There are plenty of skilled applicants period. That has nothing to do with gender. You can’t attribute a complex issue down to saying “it’s sexist!”. Who is more qualified than Tim Cook, Bob Igor, etc for their respective jobs. Equality of opportunity exists and women are free to choose what to do. Equality of outcome is not the goal - because then you don’t respect women have choices.

Please explain what male privilege exists? In your example in men dominated sectors... again ... only 1% of men are at the top and that doesn’t mean there’s 0 women.
