The foreskin can get secretions and fluids caught under it and absorb through the semi-porous skin on the penis. In the first-world where we can safely say that education and condoms are very effective at preventing HIV transfer circumcision is pointless, but in third-world Africa ruled by superstition and myth education isn't as effective so we have to go with the next best thing.	/r/MensRights	01/11/14 05:43 PM
