Healthy release of dopamine without substances, helps you to have better sleep, feeling of accomplishment, gain to confidence, look better, healthier in general, etc... Yeah, my eyes are slowly opening to it. When it got really bad, especially with the constant accusations of cheating....I knew she had definitely been seeing Chad. As bad as things got with her, I'm thankful for it. The most extreme side of women that is often talked about here, she was the epitome of it. "Women only disclose to hurt...." Ain't that the fucking truth, my ex used to do shit like that all the time. Even told me that she made some of those things up just to hurt me. That kind of behavior boggles my mind. Yeah man.....after my last LTR I thought I had women all figured out and to my merit it actually was pretty close to TRP and I keep thinking I'm getting past it making me angry Then I'm reminded that AWALT I realize I'm still hoping that NAWALT and I'll find the unicorn.
