I don't have much Toastmaster stuff on my CV but I can tell you that doing table topics (impromptu speaking) on a regular basis has done wonders for my interview skills and my confidence. The great thing about Toastmasters is that you can do everything at your own pace and you can do the speeches on whatever topics you want. I'm in Toastmasters but really to improve my public speaking and confidence rather than for seduction. Many of the things I've learned has definite similarities though. Another thing to try is Improv (again, many similarities to seduction). This is good advice. Don't feel the pressure to talk to just girls; talk to everyone so that no matter who you're talking to, you don't feel any pressure. Pretty soon it'll be something 'natural' that you just do
