6	The most empowering takeaway from FDS is "you don't have to put up with this" Thanks! Yeah I definitely remember uncomfortable dates now. The weird thing is that I was more badass as a teen and later succumbed to low self-esteem and depression in my early twenties, and that’s when I started to let way too many things slide.
