yes, but not if he murdered with premeditation. People react to someone shouting "fire" if they are in immediate danger. If I falsely claim my house was on fire a week ago, how much harm does that actually cause? I can't imagine that inciting panic.

Even though Hillary's mother and father abused her, she would not accept that her mother was also responsible. people have it hardwired that men are abusive, and women are victims, no matter what. that's probably why statistics like these won't change many people's mind.

Statutory rape maybe makes sense if it involves a 5 year old, not a 17 year old. You'd have to be restarted ... literally, to not know what your doing by then.

Alright, I'll give you that the cases aren't exactly the same. But I wouldn't go as far as calling one an apple and another an orange. They're at least both citrus fruits. I hear arguments like this all the time about gay marriage and polygamy. "Can't compare them. "GO GAYS GO." "GAYS HAVE RIGHTS TOO!" ...but it's always "FUCK POLYGAMISTS!" Everyone has rights, even the people you don't agree with.
