It wasnt however an unborn baby. It was a fetus.

A morning after pill doesent work on fetuses over a couple of months. A fetus isnt an unborn child untill about 2-3 months into the pregnancy. Mainly because there isnt even a brain and there is no coincence.

I guess i've been proven wrong. I however stand by my statement that 14 years is too long

Thats a bad analogy. As i wrote, an abortion pill releases hormones and isnt posionous per se. But it triggers a reaction of which releases the fetus. It is still posion, yes. But he didnt try to kill her or hurt her in any way. The fetus was also not developed so didnt have a consious. Compared to pure posion which maybe makes your blod clog etc.

No he got to much! 14 years is way too much. The case would of been otherwise if he actually posioned her with say ceramic. But this was "just" an abortion pill that releases hormones in the system

Sure it is. But it isnt worth 14 years in jail!

So "killing" an un-concious, un-developed human is correct to give someone 14 years? No it isnt

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
