If the only reason to better yourself, to make your one body better, to become the smartest and strongest version of yourself is to attract women, your priorities are very off. You should avoid pointless activities like the plague even if you're the only person on earth. Constantly develop yourself into a better, superior person. Women are a byproduct of self betterment, not reason/motivation! RSDMax talks about that -- your life should be a bowl of ice cream, and women are whipped cream. Obviou…

older guys Lel. OP, you're not "older" by any stretch of the imagination. Women like older guys.

Good material. If you've properly created attraction and made a good impression, you shouldn't really need this sort of thing though.

Unless you actually inform them of your goal, no way in hell are you going to get 4 straight minutes of eye contact. Just make a lot of it, but don't over do it

That's difficult to do. Very easy to startle them and creep factor rises.

I encountered a similar situation recently, and had poor results. Just wondering -- what SHOULD you do in this situation? What's the general plan of attack?

/r/socialskills google "good looking loser" Practice teaches you faaaaaar more than watching others/reading guides. Look up events in your area, and talk to people.

EVENTUALLY it will become second nature. For years -- decades -- you have had conversations without frame, and just now are you trying something new. It could weeks, months, even years before it's easy and instinctive.

Ding ding ding. Red Pill is amoral. That's like, page 2 of the handbook. We teach you the dynamics between men and women and how to use them to get results. We're not here to pat you on the back as you steal money from another person. That's fucked up, illegal, and wrong.

What the hell inspired: "Me: I just don't get outdoors a ton." Seriously, what realm of your brain made that sound like a good idea? Gives me MASSIVE neckbeard vibes. She showed you something cool, there's nothing wrong with appreciating it. Obviously texting just to text is looked down upon, so my response would be "We'll have to go and stare at the clouds this weekend ;)" and then probably follow it up with "Well, you'll be staring at the clouds. I'll be on top of you." Girls want adventurous,…

Firstly, read the entire sidebar if you haven't already. I suspect you haven't, because the question of how to apply TRP is a bit weird. TRP is information. It's information about the dynamics between men and women. How you apply it is up to you, it's kind of like asking where to drive the car you just bought. Drive it wherever you like, it depends on the results you want. Things like establishing and holding frame, passing shit tests, being clear in your intention (avoiding friend zone etc), ca…

Stop allowing the actions of others to take such a toll on your psyche. You are you, regardless of what others say or do. There's no need to be upset or irritated because others aren't interested — usually for reasons far beyond your control! Nick Sparks talks about the 60/40 rule: Any reaction you get from another human is 60% due to whatever they're going through, and 40% due to YOU. There's a lot out there on this, so I'm not going to write the manual. Have you read Models and No More Mr Nice…

Please consult http://www.brad21.org/bac_charts.html 330ml is approx 12 oz, which is what is listed as "one drink" in the chart. As you can see, 4 drinks at 220 lbs puts you at a .07%. In Cali anyway, .08% is the legal limit. It is very possible he would be over the limit, but not at all a definite thing.

You don't 'make' her do anything, or 'treat' her any sort of way. This is an issue with you, not with her. You must treat yourself a certain way, one that will result in the raising of your SMV. You don't make her do anything, you make yourself more attractive. Direct action will fail, indirect action will get results. That said, some girls just won't do stuff, regardless of guy. That includes Gosling and similar high level guys. You may need to move on.

The sources for all this info varies highly. I've personally never heard of that guy. One thing you will see in your personal development journey is similar ideas in a variety of different areas. As I read different books, I see massive similarities in how to run a business vs how to get women. Why? Because it's fundamental human to human contact, and the fundamentals are seen everywhere. Listen to different speakers, travel to different countries, read different books, you'll see the same stuff…

The Go-Giver is a very powerful book that talks about this a lot. I would highly recommend you read it. It's barely 100 pages, a very easy read. http://www.amazon.com/The-Go-Giver-Little-Powerful-Business/dp/159184200X It's about 5 bucks used, probably the best purchase you'll make for some time.

There is absolutely nothing beta about doing nice things for people, least of all a LTR. Doing nice things in the hope you will get something back is one of the most beta things there is, however. Being nice on its own is not inherently beta.

Great FR man! Keep it up, do it daily! Quick question: Two asian bros sat across from her. Did you just ignore them during your interaction? Did you introduce yourself to them at all? Did they play a role in the convo at all? You didn't really bring them up at all. Just curious, thanks! Keep it up!

It's not just for in bed: At class/wherever, and a random boner pops up? Flex your legs (only reason not to use arms is because randomly flexing in public is weird) and it'll drop out. I do it all the time, I can go from full on to gone in like 60 secs.
