I’m not saying it’s perfect, since Harris ran against Trump and Bernie ran against someone else, but it’s close enough because the sample set are the exact same voters. Vermonters decided to vote more for Harris than for Bernie. That gives a strong indication his diagnosis in his post is just not correct.

The election that just happened. Look at a map and percentages of vote they got in Vermont by county. Now remember it’s literally the same ballot. Kamala actually had MORE votes from the same ballots. People actually voted FOR Kamala but NOT Bernie in Vermont. If he had diagnosed the election correctly, it wouldn’t be this way. I hope you understand the vast vast majority of us don’t say “trans men are men” out loud because we’ve learned to never to voice men’s concerns out loud at all. In other words, while cis men not speaking up could be interpreted as lacking validation, in reality I see it as a sign that trans men are men, and your issues go unspoken because you are men and men’s issues just aren’t discussed. Combatitives aren’t relevant to most jobs in the military. Edit: maybe I overstated. Many jobs, not most jobs. I was in a commands where the work was such any person could do. My experience is biased in that sense.

I’ll take your jimmies too. I’m with you on the dire situation. It’s awful. I know the losses on the front lines is a serious problem. Movie culture aside, on the large scale, wars are won with logistics and supplies. Most people don’t realize that most jobs in the US military are behind the lines and never in danger, or minimal danger. The only reason women wouldn’t be conscripted is cultural.
