GWAR has been doing this since Regan without any consequences. The idea that there would be consequences means you hate the concept of the first amendment.

10 years ago doctors still had the ability to determine if a rape happened....

I've no doubt the "tying him to the pole and slapping him" part was a joke. It sounded like sexual repression.

Ugg just don't count Lifetime movies. They're such a terrible distortion of reality. EVERY MAN IS A RAPIST WELCOME TO LIFETIME. Wait, is Lifetime even a thing anymore?

In many states in America this wouldn't be legal. There's a statue of limitations. 20 years and he can still get prison time? Rather insane, and I'm not familiar enough with AU law to know what would make a case like this go guilty.

No, but if you release the video on the internet don't expect a court room to go some kind of extra mile to protect your identity. These boys bragged to 6 billion people about what they did, there's no court in the universe that can prevent their names from leaking. Not even a little. There are much better examples of this happening to men. This is not that case.

Smearing a defendant pretrial denies them that right regardless of the crime. Defendants shouldn't make video confessions and post them on the internet if they didn't want the world to know what they did.

Calling all arms to defend the rapists who bragged on twitter? Then maybe I have no idea what this subreddit is about. XD

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
