Joke with em a little bit. Test their mettle. See if their worthy of being in your social circle. If not fuck em. But isn't this what we call "shit-testing"? I was under the impression that males do this too to weed out other males that aren't "worthy" of their friendship. Nothing kills the atmosphere like someone trying to defend himself after he was the target of banter. So wouldn't it be a good idea to be aware of that when communicating with males, just as you are when communicating with wom…

Avoid estrogens. Limit canned food to 2x cans a week. Don't microwave food in plastic containers. Incorporate glass containers for food storage. Limit the amount of cosmetics you use. Most deodorants, hair gels and the like contain lots of synthetic estrogens. Don't eat a lot of soy or flax seeds. Use natural cleaning solutions (most professional ones are loaded with estrogen-like chemicals)

Get a blood test for vitamin D levels if you take 5000iu regularly. Hypervitaminosis D is no joke. 2000iu is a more conservative dose that still fulfills your needs.

Thanks for elaborating. You're right, it's a great technique for competitions, special events and such, but probably not very applicable to daily life.

You can definitely look okay but you won't look big if you're low bodyfat and natty. Anyway that's just my opinion. You look good (no homo).

Also for bloated face drink a lot of water and your body will stop retaining so much and maybe lay off the sodium. Source on that please

You only have to use it for 6 months and the hair will become terminal and won't fall out. It works. Source on that. I have heard people say the opposite. Not only that but also that it inhibits collagen production, aging your face and giving you dark circles under your eyes. The absorption on the face is much higher than on the scalp so the drug goes systemic and can cause heart palpilations and low blood pressure.

You can either be high BF% and look good in a shirt but like shit when it's taken off. Or you can be low BF% and look good shirtless but DYEL in a shirt. This is assuming you are natty.

First of all you need to bulk. 190 is too skinny for a 6'5 male. Bulk to 220, cut to 205 and you're good.

They are masters at being interested and externally showing no interested before an interaction. Exactly. They won't "approach" in the PUA sense and start talking to you. Instead they will find a way to cleverly position themselves close to you and wait for you to speak to them. That way they can always leave without losing face. Also do you have research to back that 180 degree thing up? Here you go

Be busy with your mission. She'll find a way to approach you if she finds you attractive. Like sitting on the cardio machine next to you. You notice that, establish eye contact, give her a smirk and go talk to her if she reacts positively. How do you know if she reacts positively? If she smiles or looks down after breaking eye contact she has reacted positively. If she looks to the side or front she is still deciding. If she looks up you have failed. Also wasted 3 years playing vidya instead of studying. Also studying CS. Was an auschwitz twig beta with no social skills and a video game addiction. I would play 10 hours a day. After 3 years I saw the light and began lifting. 2 years and 80lb later and I'm here with ½ year left on my degree and social skills that are ten times better. Haven't played video games or fapped in a year. It all starts with lifting mate.

The key is to get off the drugs but keep the exciting roller coasters of emotions flowing by living an exciting life in recovery. Vicky Cristina Barcelona is a great movie that exemplifies this rule. The male lead fucks 3 girls at a time and have them play against each other to prevent them from getting bored and losing interest. He remains mysterious throughout the process and rarely ever picks side. The male lead is also an excellent example of passing countless shit tests with pressure flip a…

In the Company Of Men. Most red pill movie there is. Generally anything by Neil LaBute is good (very RP director). I recently watched another one by him, Some Velvet Morning (2013), where are just 2 persons involved (a man and a woman). Loads of game/shittests being exchanged. The man turns from complete beta to alpha in a matter of minutes. Most romantic dramas also have game even though their endings are blue pill.

Befriend an alpha and learn from him. Watch how he behaves in social settings. Can't find an alpha? Improve your SMV and you will eventually attract one. I don't think hiring a life coach will do you any good. Unless he genuinely cares about you he will probably just rip you off.

The decline in testosterone is definitely a thing but if you are rich you can just hop on TRT and inject all kinds of top quality gear if you want. Travel the world, hire sloots to be in videos/pictures, build SMV. Like Dan Bilzerian or this dude appears to be doing.

I haven't seen any shredded Chads become rich though and I wonder why that is. They are all broke as fuck working as fitness models or personal trainers. The left guys head will look proportionally smaller as he gets wider shoulders. His huge traps subtract from his current look but they will be stretched out and look more proportional as his shoulders grow wider.
/r/TheRedPill27/04/17 07:22 AM

Side laterals make your shoulders wide. Coupled with a narrow waist it can make you appear wider overall. I have gained significant shoulder width from a year of training. The standard procedure to get the V-taper is to bulk up and hit the lats and shoulders hard, then go on a cut and lose some waist size. https://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=116341831 It's all in the shoulders to waist ratio, something that a lot of bodybuilders obsess about and that can be changed through training.

I think you are mistaking dopamine for testosterone.
/r/TheRedPill21/02/17 02:14 AM

Dopamine can be attained through easily-accessible stimulus. Porn, video games, junk food, redditing or, perhaps less-accesible, sex with any woman. It has nothing to do with oneitis. Yes, sex with your oneitis releases dopamine, but you could get this easily elsewhere. It is the oxytocin that is released when you touch your oneitis and when you are around your oneitis, that fucks you up. The crave for dopamine is what makes you watch porn 30 minutes after she breaks up with you.

Right. I think we all develop some degree of stoicism naturally and you have obviously taken that very far. Learning through life experiences is the best way to learn. It wasn't exactly not worrying about external things, but in fact duty, that resonated with me when I read your post and comments and made me think of Stoicism. That you are obliged to be a social animal and contribute to society the best you can.

Some people focus on creating value through personal relationships. Others take a more holistic approach and target a broader audience, through media such as the internet. Neither approach is wrong. Use socializing as a tool to achieve your goals. You don't enjoy it, that's great. That makes you less dependent on other people - less dependent on outer conditions that you cannot control. Being good at socializing can help you achieve certain things in life so don't just neglect it though. Treat it as a thing that you, along with many other things, must become better at, if you are to reach your goals. Unless your goal of course is to become a monk. For sure. I'd like to point out that every economic transaction is also social. Money is social value. In an economic transaction you exchange social value. An economic transaction just don't contain a lot of social interaction. Anyway, that's enough rambling about semantics for now!
/r/TheRedPill30/10/16 08:52 PM
2

The value you provide in social transactions is not solely derived from your social skills. An example would be launching a website: This is in essence a social transaction where you provide other people with something you have been working on for a long time. You will probably demand money in return. If the amount of money you gain is larger than the amount of money you spent building it, then you have essentially gained value from the transaction. The transaction was made possible by a large a…

I agree that trying to hide your motives can backfire if you are bad at it. Get better at it, while applying it with caution, and get good at reading other people's motives also. That is just as important. Know thy enemy. You don't want to get screwed over in the transaction and receive less value than the other person. While most transactions are mutually beneficial, the majority doesn't provide equal value to both parts. 4th law of power. Expose as little information as possible to the enemy. …

X social transactions != X value created X social transactions * Y value per transaction = X * Y value created In plain English: How much you can offer does not directly depend on the amount of social transactions you partake in. Some social transactions, such as arguments, can provide negative value.
/r/TheRedPill30/10/16 08:05 PM
3

That's a good point. Don't always try to hide your motives. Genuine interest does not have to be expressed through words. It can also be expressed through eye contact.
/r/TheRedPill30/10/16 08:01 PM
2

If they happen to be a woman, it makes it easier to fuck them. If they happen to be a man, it makes them think more of you (and oftentimes give you opportunities). Those are hidden motives (hidden as in the recipient isn't aware that you have them). I believe they do subtract from being genuine. You can still fake it and appear genuine though (again, as long as the other motives are hidden).

He has the same need as anyone else so he will have to perform better in the transactions that he is able to participate in. Get more out of them. Same need, less attempts. More consideration has to go into each attempt. I agree complaining doesn't lead to anything and should be frowned upon. One has to be constructive and willing to improve.
/r/TheRedPill30/10/16 07:32 PM

Right. I don't believe anyone can be genuinely interested in other people. There is always some hidden motive, like winning friends and influencing people. The interest just has to appear genuine.

Your argument implies that every social transaction provides an equal amount of social value. I do not believe that is the case. Some social transactions can provide very little social value - an argument is a good example of this. Others can provide immense value - like someone giving away a highly valued object, that he wasn't using, for free. The amount of social transactions one participates in does not correlate with the amount of social value one creates. While introverts tend to participa…

Introversion implies that you quickly get tired of being in social situations. That the amount of social energy you have at your disposal is low. It has nothing to do with selfishness or self-absorption. You can be the least selfish person in the world and still be introverted. Amount of social situations one has participated in does not say anything about one's selfishness or lack thereof.

Sometimes they will look, then break eye contact and then look again. It means that the girl is interested in you and should be considered a green light for approach. This can obviously only happen if you approach them from afar with few or no obstacles inbetween and you both walk relatively slowly.

The type that isn't faked and won't break down in a moments notice. You aren't worried about adjusting your posture, or keeping your head up... you have the mind state of a confident person, you are confident. So make posture a habit. Make keeping your head and chest up a habit. Make confident body language a habit. Make speaking with a deep voice a habit. Make eye contact a habit. Then eventually it won't break down. 'Faking it' is also practicing it.
