For the interested, there are 12 "two-party" states (Nevada may be one, I'm not sure how to interperet it) California, Connecticut, Florida, Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, Montana, Nevada, New Hampshire, Pennsylvania and Washington are two-party states (however ALL parties must consent). source
