Until relatively recently even, there were no legal definitions of rape where a women could be a rapist. Again it is very situational. It all depends on mental state and motives.

It doesn't, and a lot of these responses are bullshit. It's funny because this subreddit consistently discusses that males can be (and are) raped by females, but still the poster infers that anytime rape is discussed that it is in the frame of a man raping a women (even if, 'I only said that because it happens too often,' you are now the one perpetuating it). Nowhere is gender even mentioned in this flowchart and it doesn't need to be.
