4	Tyson knows. just hire based on qualifications. Even if it was a room full of a single gender and race, this still wouldn't be how hiring works. You really think companies (good ones) hire based solely on qualifications? Let's say you have two people straight out of college. One has a 4.0 and the other a 3.5. Mr. 4.0 is highly intelligent and the best in his graduating class but is an asshole when working and interacting with other employees.
