I did this in Missouri, a friend did it in Colorado, and another is buying in indiana, all the same basic process. Find the county courthouse, and ask about their delinquent properties, and they will explain more based on where you are. Do not buy sight unseen! I had some cheap buys for large areas undeveloped that had a 100ft drop off before you found flat enough area to work with, and it was so steep, it was barely noticeable by satellite. It was titled "misdiagnosis of a generation" but never got published. Despite evidence and testimonies, we were called conspiracy theorists, and the doctor piloting the project basically got hit with bogus lawsuits until he gave up on publishing it. People aren't ready I guess. When they are, the book is too.

I tried, we all got banned. We collaborated on a book about the misdiagnosis of a generation (ADHD and insurance) and got all but burned at the stake. You cant help someone who doesnt want to change. The people pushing this harmful rhetoric have to see and acknowledge the damage and then take responsibility. They seem too busy placing blame to bother with solutions. If I try to practice by my principals, I will be beaten to poverty in court.

I had a lot of licenses and certifications, but I worked mostly with CBT, and in a facility with other professionals. I was a psychologist and counselor working under a psychiatrist. I know that's vague, but we all wore a lot of hats and had a lot of paperwork.
