I am so glad you commented... I have never heard that track before. Amazing. Check out Beatport.com for the latest from both major and lesser known producers. There are festivals dedicated to the numerous subgenres of EDM (Electronic Dance Music). I'm on my iPad and its being a pain in the ass but check out "Tomorrowland 2012 Official Aftermovie" and "Ultra Music Festival - Can You Feel It". That's the funny thing, as I didn't use any PUA methods other than a confident approach (which I can rarely accomplish due to AA - that sure has changed now thankfully) - "Hey, I'm Chad. Sweet, thank you good sir. I have been doing flat weighted sit-ups on the mat, and general work with dumbells and machines in all muscle groups to start. I also have dedicated cardio days in-between, with hour-long cardio sessions before and after weight/machine days. Will get that worked into my final strict plan which I hope to complete this week. I'm amazed at how much better I feel and I'm already gaining a lot of muscle mass.

I agree 100%. That's exactly why I am currently on a diet and strong workout plan. As of my weigh-in tonight, 30 lbs lost. Still going strong and I already feel so much better and have a significant amount of energy compared to my initial weight.

That's understandable. Not everyone out there fits into those categories though. You have to find your spot to begin, and progress from there to find out.
