| 2 | 50/50 custody, child support due to wage differentialI am very early along in our separation but we agreed to 50/50 joint. I also make about twice what she does and she did not want alimony. We live in NC and they have an online formula to calculate what my child support contribution should be. I input both our wages, all daycare/healthcare costs that I cover and it gave me a support amount. | /r/Divorce_Men | 01/08/21 03:31 PM |
| 6 | Moving out tomorrow.I feel you man. My wife of 15 years moved out today. I took our three kids (12/4/3) and left to get out of her way. Coming home to a quiet half empty house really hit hard. I did have an attorney read it over that time. My hope is that if she signs and files with county she won’t be able to change her mind. I just don’t want to be handcuffed like some of the poor guys on here. | /r/Divorce_Men | 29/07/21 07:58 AM |
| 2 | Am I getting my fair share? We have three children. 3, 4, and 12. We had planned on me claiming our youngest, she claiming the middle child and we alternate the 12 year old with her claiming her in 2021. Her retirement is in the state teacher program. I doubt it is as much as mine. The website has a line where I can input my daycare expenses. It then calculates my responsibility. We based the home (built in 2016) value on recently sold comps and Zillow estimate less projected realtor fees. We have a clause stating neither … | /r/Divorce_Men | 29/07/21 01:26 AM |
