i believe it is state by state, but it is usually illegal to provide women only bathrooms but not male only. find out the law where you live and report them

title ix and state laws as well. many require = number of men only and women only bathrooms. of course, of the other floors have a unisex and mens only, there really isn't anything wrong with this

not sure how the legal system works in canada but in the US and UK gyms have been sued and lost for this. They are charging men and women the same price and giving women more access time. This really amounts to a higher price for male admission.
