Do you have a source for this? I'd be really interested in seeing it because it puts a very different perspective on the case. I tried searching for it but all I got was a flood of news articles.

Does the federal law prevent private business from discriminating? I always thought that a private business could serve/charge whatever they want to whoever they want, while government funded things were not allowed any discrimination. I guess I'm also confused because I know that governments have anti-discrimination laws for hiring, but I'm not sure if this applies to private business.

I think this debate is showing a pretty ugly face of MRA. Is this about helping the man or punishing the woman? Her accusation obviously hurt the man; nobody is condoning that. However, confessing really helped improve the guy's situation from what it could have been. I think getting false rape accusers to confess is always a good thing.
