-8	liberal vs conservative states for day game, which do you prefer? I'll never date a liberal woman again. They don't take care of themselves, they complain excessively, tend to be neurotic, and blame many of their own shortcomings on men, America, capitalism, society, etc. Just not much in the way of personal responsibility or a balanced worldview. 2	Speaks for itself. I wouldn't even consider that a wage gap since one party (those that are willing to be on call) is being more productive and beneficial to their employer. It is simply some (men) being willing to take on extra burdens at work, and they should be compensated fairly for it, and earn greater earnings than those that are not on-call as much (females). Women choosing different jobs than men constitutes an EARNINGS gap...a WAGE gap neccessarily assumes both the male and female are identical in all respects and performing identically in the same job. In that scenario, obviously it would be unfair to reward one party more than the other, simply due to their gender.
