Then I shaved my waist length hair off and in an instance a good 70% of the guys that had been eying me and flirting with me disappeared. They were a) shallow and b) afraid of a woman that didn't GAF about becoming 'voluntarily ugly' - it was a reverse 'removes classes and shakes out ponytail' makeover and it literally freaked some of them out.
