Edit: Why does everyone assume I'm against education in general? I'm saying there are more practical ways to provide an education for many people! In addition, many bars physically run them through a machine anyway to verify it's real which requires them handling the card. Liquor licenses can be super hard / expensive to get (depending on where you live), and bars don't normally want to risk losing them.
