Remember to never lock your joints. For example if you are benching and fully extend your arms to where you are not using any muscle to hold it up you are putting too much stress on your joints. All the weight that would have been being held by your muscles is instead being pushed down on your joints, compressing them, causing serious damage either now or later in life.

I know its necessarily the case that they literally want me only for my weed. they aren't gonna just walk up and tell me that we have to give them weed because they have vaginas.
