Girls say it's a no-no. But since when have girls ever given good advice as to what ACTUALLY attracts them. PS. I'm very jelly, but this is good motivation to keep up going to the gym

Yeah, as soon as any significant article of clothing comes off of her I take my shirt off. Sets a kind of expectation, and like you said then she doesn't feel weird or slutty being the only one getting undressed. Having said that, isn't this just common practice? Wouldn't it be actively weird to not join in on the undressing? Once the making out starts, I never have a problem escalating naturally (and pretty quickly) - but that's just because I've been in relationships for 90% of my adult life. …

It's so much easier with the ugly ones though - I've tried that. When they're basically desperate and asking for it from the start it's not good practice for breaking through the defenses of the HB9s that are getting hit on all day every day. I'm pretty good with even average looking girls already, but it doesn't translate at well to the real stunners

I've done that, and I racked up like 40 matches in a couple of days (which is GREAT for me considering I've gotten a little over 50 in two months while being discerning), but once I removed all of the fat and ugly ones I had no interest in, I was left with 2. So more like my normal rate. Being able to match with the ugly desperate <5/10 girls was completely worthless to my confidence and was a pain to go through and unmatch the ones I didn't like in the first place.

This is precisely why I'm saying Tinder can be bad news. Unless you're lucky enough to be gifted with a great face or have worked out long enough to have a great body, it gets a lot harder to compete on Tinder compared to real life. Since I've only been a student of pickup for around a month, I'm obviously still working on my approaches - constantly a work in progress. Getting much better at parties/bars, but still a bit timid when it comes to daygame. I work as a recruiter, so although I'm not …

Oh, I didn't mean asshole in the sense of bad person, I meant "some asshole" in the proverbial I'm envious of them and want their life sense of the phrase

Welp, I guess I'm wrong about being average. If I exclusively depended on Tinder, I'd end up fucking ~3 OKAY looking girls a month, and only if I continued to spend hours and hours every week swiping and trying to message.

Welp, maybe I'm not very photogenic, maybe I'm even worse looking than I thought, or maybe you're better looking than you think. Or we have different standards of success. I've had success on Tinder by some measures as well, fucked a couple of 6/10s and one 7/10. But I feel like that's pretty much where I max out. Which is completely unacceptable for what I want in life. Are you fucking HB 8-10s on there? My issue is that game doesn't really matter if you don't match in the first place. Maybe it…

So I started out on /r/Tinder a couple months back - although I was familiar with Reddit, that was the first time I ever used it to get info. A month on /r/Tinder (and the app) had me utterly defeated, basically wishing I was dead, looking at how great things were for the chosen few and how worthless my life was. It got me lifting almost obsessively and bulking like crazy (it's going pretty well, so thanks to Tinder for that), but aside from that was making me the most depressed, angry, and frus…

This is obviously just me projecting, but like you said, a lot of us are coming from the same place. I think the reason for this is that guys like me who have been in LTRs for most of their adult lives have two issues: 1. Because we've been tied down, we lost some formative years of learning game. And we don't want to waste a bunch of years tripping through the whole single/pick-up thing while we figure it out. 2. Because we've been in relationships, we're to some degree accustomed to the female…

He says that you can't say you don't like something until you've tried it. So the first girl was below what I'd normally shoot for, and it turned out, yeah, my dick wouldn't even work there, so I raised my standards above that. The next girl was actually really fun and great in bed, so I'm glad that I tried even though she was still below my old standards. I still wanted more visual stimulation though (and obviously I'm constantly trying to improve), so I went up another notch. What I learned fr…

Definitely. It's obviously inherently very sexual - it's basically a sex position just with some clothes in the way. I'm surprised that this isn't self-evident

If your body is as good as you say, try Tinder. Just use a shirtless pic (not a bathroom selfie, a beach pic or something) and you'll rake in some matches. If you really don't care about improving your game and just wanna use your physique, it's a pretty ideal platform.

I can identify and agree with a lot of this. I've spent most of my adult life in LTRs, with mostly decent looking girls and one or two really good looking gals (I say one or two because one was HOT, and one started out hot but gained weight by the time we broke up) - anyway, I've only been single for about 3 months now. I started out thinking I would try to maintain the same standards, but I realized very quickly that I don't have the game needed to get that level of girl consistently. Now I'm t…

Hey man, congrats. I just got started with Tinder and Seddit a couple of months ago, so I totally get how nerve wracking simple things like putting your arm around a girl can be. I'll agree with the fact that you definitely could have fucked her (she practically told you to), but until very recently I was bad at getting things started too. Not kissing well probably played a part in that, but I'm assuming if you don't kiss well you probably don't know how to escalate sexually either. For me, I've…

Agreed. It took me months to get halfway decent - a generous assessment, have only met up with 3 in the last couple months, but slept with them all at least once and always on the first date. In any case, it's definitely crushed my confidence at times... But at least my meetup to hookup ratio is 100%... The Tinder part is way harder than the real life dates any day

Weird. Sounds defective or something. Mine gets that way when it's dirty as fuck - I think it messes up the ability to regulate heat. I exclusively vape now after years of stoner-cough, and it's the best option I've found. Every other portable seems to inevitably burn the bud. And doesn't come with a 10 year warrantee

I love it, it just doesn't work if you don't pack it TIGHT and clean it regularly. If you do though, the battery lasts forever and I can get really high 3-5 times off of one trench. Get huge clouds of vapor and everything

I've actually just been soaking up stuff online (all over the place, jumping from one link to the next, usually starting from here, sometimes just google) and it's a mixed bag of smart advice and total garbage... Haven't gone to one specific book yet, so I'm not sure. I've heard good things about Bang and Day Bang, and I'm not sure if The Game is good or too outdated... but that's mentioned a lot too. I'm not much farther along than you. Getting advice from all over the place can be both good an…

Using frustration and anger to get yourself in great shape is working out really well for me. I look at instagrams for girls' fitness motivation, get super frustrated that none of the girls I've been with are anywhere near that hot, think about the douchiest guy I can imagine getting those girls, and then I have so much fucking motivation to get to the gym. Been going at least every other day for 2 months now, after spending 23 years never working out ever. Turn your negative emotions into power…

This is a great post. I was a lot like you, OP. Went to a frat-heavy school, resented girls for going for the bros, resented the bros for being "dumb assholes", got depressed because "oh well, I am who I am. Guess what I want just doesn't work with my personality and I'm screwed". BUT ALL OF THAT WAS BULLSHIT. Total fucking bullshit. "Who you are" is a long term interaction between your genes and your experiences. The latter is entirely up to you. Force yourself to do something long enough, and …

Hey, so I read Models about a month ago. Learned a lot of really important stuff. Having said that, I've always been pretty good at LTRs, have spent most of my adult life in them... And if you're looking for hook-ups and ONS, Models isn't going to be the fastest way there. I think it's important to read it and keep Mark's ideas in mind, but it's also important to get other perspectives - as well as more specific strategies and tips. Models helps a lot once you're on a date, but I think PUA theor…

Well, I felt pathetic at my lack of success with women. Felt like a loser because I was having such a hard time getting laid... But nothing about trying to improve made me feel pathetic. Yeah, it sucks that I didn't naturally have much game or the right approach, but the more I learn, the farther I get from pathetic. So being pathetic might lead you to the books, but studying the books isn't pathetic in the least.

Tinder is exceptionally competitive for guys. Any halfway attractive girl matches with 80-100% of the guys she swipes right on, so even if she goes on for 10 minutes, you're instantly competing with 20 other dudes. Tinder is pretty hard unless you're a girl or a male model

Alright, now we've reached an agreement. I agree entirely. Like I said, there are definitely women out there who this would work on. Calling them idiots wasn't fair. But it's not quite my type. So I'm avoiding them both consciously and subconsciously in various ways, I'm sure.

Hmm, I do use haha intermittently for totally innocent jokes, or jokes that wouldn't have any chance of offending if they were taken wrong. But if I'm making a risky joke I don't use it. That way it's clear the whole conversation has a jokey tone, but saying "haha" after some stupid joke doesn't come off as guarded or defensive, because it's not. Then, when I do make a more risky joke, I leave out the "haha". It's still in the frame of a fun, light conversation so the joke is implied, but in tha…

I don't think that sounds weird at all. It's the same reason people drive fancy cars.

Yeah, I'm not an idiot, I realize you explained it. But it's not normal behavior to ask a girl who you fucked a week ago for advice on some other girl you're fucking. Any girl who isn't a complete retard will notice the obvious attempt at invoking jealousy. If this is a girl who likes to play stupid games or if she really doesn't think about anything critically, it could work. But plenty of girls out there are reasonable human beings that would see this as pathetic.

I disagree with using haha a lot. Or winky faces, or anything that screams "I'M JOKING DONT WORRY" - seems kind of needy IMO, like she could pick up on the fact that you're protecting yourself and worried about if she realizes its a joke or not. I've always used haha A LOT, and since cutting down and making more risky jokes without any sort of safety net, I've gotten better results

This, a thousand times this. As a 23 year old who has spent way too much of his life in long term relationships, I wish I had started practicing game back in highschool. It would have made college so much better, and I can't even imagine how much better I'd be now if I had started SEVEN YEARS AGO. Also, if you don't already, start lifting now. When you're 23, you can look back at this time and be so so glad you listened. You're never going to be ready until you train to be ready.

If this girl has half a brain, that's pretty fucking obvious gaming. And if she realizes that you're making up bullshit to try and make her jealous, it's going to come off as needy as fuck.
/r/seduction26/09/14 04:28 PM

Agreed entirely - as long as you don't incessantly text and can be reasonably funny, I think texting has its value. Obviously in-person is optimal for gaming, building attraction, etc., but text game can help. However, like others have said, you don't really need to game at this point. Try and be fun and funny with your texts, but as long as you two aren't texting so often that it becomes constant and boring, I don't think you should overthink it.

This post is awesome - major props. Sounds like I'm definitely on the right track. I really appreciate you sharing your personal journey. Things like this reinforce my newfound hope/optimism. I actually have already started applying and internalizing a lot of your tips, but thank you for confirming that I'm picking up the right ideas. Excuse me for questioning the holy laws of Seddit. Like I said above, I'm gonna try and believe that looks don't matter, that I'm not limited to the general range of attractiveness I've been able to pull in the past. But I think it'd be more fucking retarded to come on here and instantly take everything as hard and fast absolute truth. Like Gabor, I just have my doubts about being able to overcome my looks baseline looks so extremely. Hopefully with enough practice and time I'll see how right al…

So I'm a little behind. Just started getting into pick-up, started with Models actually, but I've been reading a lot of other things. Models has gotten me to invest in myself and really start focusing on me, but the more PUA style stuff is definitely a nice crutch, and I think a good way to start. I'm coming from having had a few really long term serious relationships, so right now I'm kind of looking for hot vapid lays. Don't know why, but it's always bothered me that I haven't experienced that…

That yeah was to the fact that everyone is a potential friend, acquaintance, etc. Anyway, not sure what you're so upset about, but if someone approached me and then seemed totally disinterested I would be slightly confused and laugh at the whole experience afterwards. It would definitely be weird, but bizarre interactions with people can be great

So having some disinterested conversations with a few strangers is mind-fucking them? Jesus. He even made a point of saying not to be a rude jerk about it.

Yeah but you're not going to meet people if you have too much anxiety and don't know how to talk to people. This exercise is to get you to the point where you're ABLE to talk to girls (and everyone). If you have the social skills to make friends, acquaintances, etc. out of these strangers, you would have no use for this exercise.

I think getting them to stay may not be feasible if they're way out of your range. But if you look the absolute best you possibly can, have impeccable game, and simply try to hook up with thousands of really hot women you can at least bang a few. That's my thinking anyways. Relationships have always been way easier for me than ONS, and I've been in serious, long relationships with good looking girls. Just not the total stunners. So now, before I start thinking about settling down for good in a h…

As a fairly recent lurker here, I struggle with this. I'd love to believe looks matter as little as people say here, but I can't believe it... yet. However, I'm gonna trust the community and work my ass off until I find out that I can get the 10s. And if everyone here is wrong and I waste years on an impossible task, well, fuck it. If my prospects truly are bleak and there's nothing I can do about it, I don't really give a fuck if I wasted that much time. Obviously it benefits the PUA community …

I'm getting into PUA and all that because of this question. I've been in my fair share of serious relationships with great sex, fun girls, etc., but I did always worry I was limiting myself. Now I'm studying and enacting all this seduction stuff, working out, and I totally get the stress. I'm not even that successful yet, but hooking up with two girls who I had just met within a few days of each other was incredibly emotionally and intellectually draining. Way more than I expected. I'm still not…

Like you said, it all depends on what you're looking for. I've had a lot of pretty serious relationships. Some great, some awful, some were a little of both... reading Models was good motivation to work on myself further, but it didn't tell me much about relationships that I didn't already know. Having said that, even while in my relationships in the past, I always felt like I missed out on experiencing one-night stands, lots of women, etc. Models did help me move towards that, but a lot of othe…

Definitely. When I was 20, I dated a girl who had what I considered to be essentially a perfect body. Insanely skinny without looking unhealthy, but with an amazing ass. For me, that's the ideal. It's been 3 years now and I still have a hard time being attracted to most "normal" girls. I knew while I was dating her that it would be a huge problem for me if we ever broke up. Not only was she hot, but my type is extremely extremely uncommon. Most people probably wouldn't even find it close to idea…

Replace the world "cool" with "hot" here - would it make any difference? I'm a guy, so obviously I have no idea what it's like to experience constant judgement based on my physical appearance, but I have some friends who live in Boys' Town in Chicago, and whenever I go to bars there or even just walk around long enough, being hit on and evaluated physically feels great. Like the above post said, if people are creepy or weird in some other way, I can see it getting old. But I can't really imagine…

MDMA definitely made a huge difference to me and left a great lasting effect after just one time - I definitely second this post. Honestly though, if you want your thoughts to become more fluid and flexible, I would advise LSD or shrooms. There's clinical data that proves that they leave physiological changes in the brain for a month or so after you use them. They quiet down a part of your brain that draws on entrenched connections and thought patterns, essentially making you more creative and s…

I have to say, I'm pretty glad that my most recent relationship fell to shit because now I won't end up limiting myself permanently like this, but still, even having double digits of notches on my bedpost sounds like a very far off dream at this point.

Yeah I'm not really sure what you're complaining about. Beginner here as well, just got out of a LTR right off the heels of another LTR and I've only had sex with 3 women plus a fourth who I only fucked once and didn't even finish with. So don't pretend like you're coming in on the ground floor with nothing. Wtf.
