The only issue is I am in huge medical debt ( had 3 surgeries few months back) and need to pay those bills real fast - the only way that I know is to get a job at a good company... thanks for the suggestion but this is the issue, and I am not sure whether remote companies even hire freshers. still, I am lurking on r / digitalnomad for a while

you're correct but this is not just bezos - every other company nowadays has these sexist practices in the name of 'women in tech'. As an Indian - sadly no. Because literally poor and illiterate people consists 70% of the population and they don't know a shit about feminism, the majority of people of this are from a peaceful religion(you know which) who breed like rabbits (nothing communal or racist here - just google the stats yourself). These laws were made from them but now they're just a tool for educated women to harrass their husbands.
