In Australia this would be illegal, age of consent is 18 if you are in a position of power/influence over the individual like a Teacher or Step-relative etc.

This is not PPD. The article says nothing about her having tried to use her pass. There is a big difference between PPD and just woman hate... Im not American, so not too sure of your laws. Can the reporter/interviewer be charged with anything since he knew the story and knew she was wanted but didnt notify the police? I know the bill of right protects the press quite well, is this one of those cases?
