In my case, I have no problem with making eye contact with women on the street, a bar, night club, etc. But struggle when it happens in places that I don't want it to happen, for example, I'm a assistant professor in my college and I do not want to have anything to do with my students, but since I started lifting I get all the looks. I even started going to the back of the classroom just to avoid them. The same thing happens while in the job. Edit: wording.

I usually struggle the most with "you're a looser/virgin" type of comments, they mostly come from people who knew me before I started bettering myself (crabs in a bucket in a nutshell) . But aside from that, A&A worked wonders when meeting new people/groups, they actualy respect you for the frame they perceive from you when they know that you don't give a shit about their comments. Thank you a lot! I just finished all 3 posts and I plan to implement them when I start college again the next month (I'm more focused on exercise and the job I'll get for this month). The first one about making friends with strangers was the most interesting. And I think I'll to give it a try at the cancerous clubs (if I don't reply to this in a month is because the music killed all my neurons).
