I would start by having foreplay with no sex. Have him "help" you, then you can "help" him, if you get the jist. Just relax and cuddle naked. Take the pressure off. Unless you are specifically trying to have a baby, sex doesn't have to be just basic insertion. Have fun with it!

If they are nice about it, I will just say I'm a housewife, and answer any questions they might have. If they are rude or weird about it, I say "oh, my husband makes enough that I don't have to work". If they are REALLY rude I will say "oh, my husband makes enough that I don't have to work, why can't yours/you?" It helps if your husband jumps in to offer career advice as well. That usually shuts people up pretty quickly.

I'm an autistic wife! I was diagnosed as a teenager. My husband was well aware when we got married, and it doesn't really affect our relationship now that we are settled in. The biggest thing really was he had to learn that he had to say what he means, not hint at things, and he has to trust that I say what I mean. "I only want ice cream if you do" doesn't mean "I want you to want ice cream". It means exactly what I said. If I just want him to want ice cream, I will say that. "There are a lot of…

Why are you working? You home school your children and take care of your household, it's not your job to bring in more money. Your husband has to step up to the plate and be a traditional man who can support you without you having to work outside the home.

Not sure if it's exactly what you are looking for, but look into some of the Emily Post institute books. A lot of the advice is now outdated, but ultimately are still very good guides. I also have something called "The Dinner Party Cookbook". It goes through how to throw a formal dinner party and what to cook.

Let her deal with him then. If you want to be a traditional woman, you deserve a traditional man. A traditional man doesn't try and pit you against someone else.

Dump him and never look back. He wants an excuse to have someone around to take care of him because the new girl won't do it, but also have the new girl. Find a man who appreciates what you do and the care you give him.

Same thing I said last time. Scrap the list and learn to cook and take care of a household. It doesn't matter how blonde and fake you are if your husband comes home and has to make his own dinner.

If you need help, let me know. From what I'm reading, he acts like this, he doesn't work, and he has every excuse in the book to not be a good man. A traditional man provides, protects his family, and knows how to handle disputes. Thats why a wife submits to a traditional man. If a man can't do those things, he doesn't deserve a wife, traditional or otherwise.

This isn't acceptable, and I would classify this as abuse. I understand being upset that you interrupted him on the phone, but that is something he should tell you not to do, and maybe take a bit to calm down before talking about it properly. Even if this is a really big deal he's talked to you about before, refusing to speak to you except to insult you should be enough for you to leave, in my opinion.

He shouldn't see it as a challenge because you aren't spending the money on something that is a household need. You aren't paying bills, buying household supplies, or paying the mortgage. My husband fully provides for us, and I work a small side job specifically to be able to pay for extra vacations and fancy hobby presents!

She's on disability, and can only have a certain amount of money in the bank. We charge her the absolute minimum to keep her under that amount. Market rent for a studio in our area is about $1100, and we charge her $450. Every few months she ends up having to make a big purchase of some sort just to stay under the limit. It's less "pay up, I don't care if you're my mom" and more "well, the money has to go somewhere or you don't get the money anymore".

I work as a caretaker for my mom, so I have money coming in that we set aside specifically for leisure and entertainment. Plus we rent our guest house to my mom, so she's on the property.

Girl I promise, you can find a man with your values. The point of a traditional relationship is for both of you to be in roles that make life and the household run smoothly. How is he supposed to claim he has a right to lead when you are paying half his bills? Not even for your house! He doesn't want a traditional wife, he wants a servant. Do not let him take advantage of you. Do not buy him a house and let him pretend he is a big tough man. If he can't be a traditional man he does not deserve a…

Absolutely drop this guy. You are a traditional woman and he is not a traditional man, simple as that. He is not able to be a stable and proper head of household. If he wants a woman to pay half the mortgage and be willing to let him string her along as a live-in girlfriend, he could find a "modern" woman. He is not a godly man and does not deserve a wife. Find a good traditional man and you will absolutely be happier.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
