When we have nothing to live for it follows.

This article supports my position not the OP's.

I share your conviction at this point. Both blocked now.

Ok Monty Python, I'm here for an argument.

The men changed too and were victims of their own evil. Too subtle for you? Not enough drunken tears? I watched the whole film right after watching the post. It is a heavily biased analysis.

Ok. Be baffled. It's just Westworld in the suburbs.

I'm not defending it. I'm saying the original post is a shitty analysis of a pretty good movie about what happens when we dehumanize others. He wants to make it some kind of symbol of second wave feminist agitation. There are actual feminist evils. Maybe he could focus on those instead.

Feminism sucks. And so do women. That is no reason to make bad art criticism. That jerkoff has nothing to offer except meaningless posturing and thoughts of my anus.

Yeah. Fixed it. Maybe you should be a copy editor as well as a feminist art critic. You're so attentive to detail and fussy about spelling. And now you've mentioned my ass. I see the sort of person you are.

Another card game term. I see that you are merely belligerant and have nothing substantive to offer. You would probably have more fun getting into a bar fight than drawing a line in the sand over art criticism and feminist dialectic but hey, if this is how you roll, do your worst.

It is a very common expression. Dealing from the bottom of the deck is a way that people cheat in card games. Playing the toxic feminism card from the bottom of the deck is a foolish waste of time when there is a plenitude of toxic feminism in plain sight. My communication skills are excellent. Your education in common expressions could use improvement.

No. I learned intellectual honesty as a double major in Buddhist Studies and Microbiology. My training in art came later when I studied film and television, then painting. The analysis provided of Stepford Wives deals toxic feminism from the bottom of the deck which is ridiculous. There is plenty of actual toxic feminism to be seen in film history.

Deeply flawed analysis of a good film based on a good book. These were not nefarious feminist propaganda, they were critiques of what happens when we try to replace the realities of human life and partnership with idealized yet inhuman substitutes. Westworld, The Giver, The Count of Monte Cristo were the same theme.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
