That’s the same way I read that situation. In this case I would’ve made some jokes but definitely in the end taken her IG. If she was really into your friend she wouldn’t have made a point to ask for your IG. In these situations I always assume attraction. I wouldn’t have read much more into it and sent her a DM the next day. From there if she responds, continue some banter and set up a date!
