We don't know what happened here. So I think blaming this on women is pretty shitty. For all we know the guy running the post tensioning machine could have been hungover from partying the night before and wasn't paying attention and overstressed and snapped a post tensioning cable. I've been working out for twenty years. I look pretty decent IMHO (for a 40 year old - perfectly flat stomach, decent definition) but I'd like to take it to another level. I have never focused on diet although I know it can make a huge difference. Does anyone know the best resource to use for a solid plan for eating and lifting? I'd think there has got to be something out there that pretty much everyone uses these days. I feel I need to re-think my approach to lifting weights. Thank you.

I was with a borderline personality disorder gal for a bit. She was insatiable. She initially told me I was exceptional in bed but then later complained we didn't have enough sex! He probably honestly cannot give a woman the proper amount of attention she wants or even needs (can't neglect them and expect them to stick around) as he is running all of these companies and their projects. I wonder how many hours a day he works? No woman is going to put up with that if he is consumed with his work 100% of the time. Especially in this day and age of women wanting more attention.
