Bro, let the anger out, acknowledge it and dont bottle it in, but dont hold on to it either. Many of us seek the redpill for this same reason, but from my personal experience, you'll push women away more with that kind of approach. Holding on to this anger is just drinking the poison and expecting the person you hate to die. Not all women are like that and you know it but its easier to hold on to that and seem bitter. Ive strayed away from TRP the last few years because of what it has become, ha…

Try not to based the value of your own existence on the attractiveness of the women you're dating. You're more than your dating history and she's more than a dime piece with a high amount of social media likes.

Seems to me like you guys just want different things at this point of your lives, you favouring sex more than companionship and her vice versa.

I think someone who you didnt even knew existed and would gossip about you to a mutual acquitance says more about her than it does about you. It seems like a defence mechanism on her side, maybe subconsciously she thinks youre out of her league (you didnt even knew she existed but she noticed you enough to make an assessment about you and gossiped about it)

If you have a legitimate reason to do so and it works in your favour then so be it. If not, don't play games - nobody wins. Unless you're only looking for short term sex otherwise it seems like a bad long term strategy.

Its better to be rejected for the goofball you are than to be accepted as the "cool" you are not. If she likes the "cool" you, eventually your true colours will show, and if she doesnt like the goofball you, you saved each other some time by laying it out that youre not compatible.

Take the L and move on bro. Why was she even asking for a relationship 2 weeks in? Thats very strange, and instant red flag. Did u ask her why she would want someone to commit to her and vice versa after only getting to know them for 2 weeks. I'd bet she wouldnt have a good response to that or an honest one. And the ball would have been in her court, now she has to justify why you 2 should be in a relationship. Also, relationship after 2 weeks of dating? She basically did the female equivalent o…

Yo OP, im just echoing the comment section but maybe in more detail. You were never in the position of power at all, you commited to a relationship before you had sex, so now shes just teasing you with snaps because she knows how badly you want sex (with her specifically) that she can leverage and ask for more from you because you already commited to her. She even got you to agree to not see anyone else when you two arent even having sex yet. Also, the fact that you're trying to salvage the situ…

I think this is it right here. Please correct if i'm wrong with making this assumption about you - you crave companionship possibly because you don't like being / feel uncomfortable being alone? I think that might be giving off some weird vibes when meeting women (I only say this from past personal experience). Echoing some earlier comments - learn to be comfortable with yourself and talk to women without having sex as the ultimate goal. I use to feel bad that I don't have as active of a social …

Well if you're "not one to back out of a fight", I guess you'll have to fight him. Weird seeing this in this subreddit though, unless youre planning on seducing the guy as well. I suggest looking up /selfdefense

Not to shit on you when youre down, but you mentioned youre looking to start your own family but then the next thing you mentioned is you paying for hookers. Those two don't really go together. Not trying to psychoanalyse you, but it seems to me that youre looking some kind of unconditional acceptance / love (wanting to start your own family) but fulfilling that need through hookers. Seems like youre dealing with some kind of self hatred / loathing? Ive dealt with this in the past and still am d…

If mental gymnastics were an Olympic sport, you'd win the gold. This just sounds you're using escorts as a defence mechanism so that you don't have to deal with women IRL. Hiring an escort is not like a cheat code you've unlocked in the literally and metaphorical gaming of women, but rather like a situation where you're not even participating in the game - You can't lose if you don't even play. You're like a poker player on a table where you're playing every single hand. Sure, you win no matter …

Only you will know your body best bro. Try different workout routines, diets, sports and even eating schedules and see what works best. There's never gonna be a one size fits all. It's great that you started having a fitness routine at an age much younger than most so you have more time for trial and error. If you really want to push yourself in getting the best physique possible, try to prep for a body building show, iits a more realistic goal with a set time frame. Staying at around 10% body f…

Come on bro. You're pasting together your biase anecdotal observations and calling it a theory. We are all open to discussion here, but I really feel like you're really grasping at straws here.

Checkout Jeff Nippard - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Ir83IWRVTOw, he talks about HIIT vs LISS (High Intensity Interval Training vs. Low Intensity Steady State). TL;DR is that they both burn about the same amount of calories, with the only difference being that HIIT is more time efficient than LISS. But it kinda balances out as you will need more time for recovery from muscle and joint damage if you're doing HIIT. So both types of cardio should be considered depending on your programming and l…

You mentioned how some of these people are trust fund babies. People in that category basically start out in life miles ahead of everyone else, while others have to earn their keep and pay their dues to be someone of value in society. Some have to take public transport, some can only afford a second-hand car, while some have the luxury of a brand new car from their parents after they pass their driving license. When you don't have the burden of making something of yourself in life and the fear o…

Patrice O'Neal: When a women marries the king, she becomes the queen (elevated to the highest possible status for women). But when a man marries the queen, he's no king, he's just the guy who married the queen.

Hey man, I can relate to your story myself. At one point of my life, I was afraid to move on from my friends because I felt I needed a group to fall back on socially. Even though I was focusing on self-improvement, I could never really internalize my new life choices and habits because I kept going back to my old friends who never bothered with any form of self improvement, and that meant reverting to the self I was when I was hanging with them. And after awhile I realize that the only thing hol…

My relationship with my dad is very similar to yours. We idolize our fathers growing up and tend to be very bias. Other than the occasional stories of his adventures of his younger days, I have never had any personal advice from my father on how to be a man and move forward in life. I don't blame him for it, he moved to the city with my mom to find a good job and had three kids to support. I guess eventually, the corporate grind wears you out. Don't hate on your old man bro. Just learn from his …

Theories are fun to discuss and all, but without any data to support it, you're just formulating theories to suit your narrative and world view and drawing conclusions based on your redpill intuition. This post feel like your mental masturbation of redpill ideologies that serve not any real purpose.

Men look for physical attributes when selecting a mate, women look for provisions. Those women are as "shallow" as a guy is when they are checking out that hot chick that appears in their field of vision. Both versions of "locker room banter" are merely a reflection of our biology and what we look for in a mate. This is TRP 101.

This has helped me, thank you, I realised my constant disappointment due to my failure in meeting my unrealistic expectations has done considerable damage to my actual progression as it had taken the joy of out of all the tiny achievements everyday that bring me closer to my goals

I do believe that she truly feels remorseful. Just that the joy of hanging out you outshines the remorse she feels. And that remorse is probably channeled to the bf. Other than that, interesting story on hypergamy
