I'm a woman and the only reason I am posting on this rather odd subreddit is because I have had far too many missed connections on public transportation. One time this guy released my backpack from the subway doors and we seriously made broken eye contact for like 5 minutes. I'm too shy to initiate but we could have got my number if he asked.
